Modulation Station is an EDM artist and content creator. He creates music with a cinematic feel that inspires emotional connection.
Strategy
From the start, we wanted the brand to feel different from the traditional cyberpunk aesthetic that commonly associated with EDM. The goal was to create a system that was sleeker and more gentle, while drawing inspiration from the process of making music.
Solution
The core idea behind the identity is an audio responsive, abstract M. There are also alternate letterforms based on the 4 primary sound waves used during the music synthesis process.
